Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Quality Specialist
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Cooperate with other teams in establishing a Quality Policy/structure in your department
- Support Quality Management System - contact person and support for operations regarding organizational/structural changes to fulfil above task
- Support Team in Policy deployment
- Create culture of continuous improvement need within whole organization
- Support organization in Benchmarking & Best Practice identification, sharing & adoption
- Reporting performance to Management Team & India Quality & Risk teams on monthly basis
Requirements:
- Min. 1 years of professional experience
- Technical degree as must have
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standard will be an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Accuracy and focus on details
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Good knowledge of MS Office
