R&D Project Leader duties and responsibilities of the job
- Coordination of internal resources and third parties aiming flawless execution of projects
- Assurance that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Management and coordination of the development team as direct link to the headquarter in Germany
- Overviewing with technical insight the FM- and HW-development
- Steering external partners
- Creation and maintaining of comprehensive project documentation
- Measurement of project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
R&D Project Leader job qualifications and requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an engineer with involvement in architecture, design, and implementation across many disparate technologies from the back-end through the front-end
- Proven track record as a software/hardware development leader with 2+ years of experience managing teams of 3 or more
- Deep knowledge of the following: C, C++, C#, JAVA
- Experienced in MATLAB / SIMULINK embedded code generation (expected)
- Experience with hardware design, wide knowledge of hardware elements
- Experience in networking and system administration (Windows and Linux)
- Good analytical and structural skills
- Profound mathematical understanding
- Driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines – as well as willing to travel abt. twice per month
- Very good interpersonal communication skills
- English Skills > B2
