Job tasks:
Consult and support managers with recruitments for variable roles
Main focus on white and blue collar recruitments in central European countries, especially in Poland, but support also other EMEA countries if needed
Conducting briefing meetings with managers to understand the requirements of different roles
Writing attractive job ads
Creating recruitment plans to ensure target lead times
Utilizing appropriate sourcing channels and ensuring suitable candidate generation
Screening candidate applications
Using appropriate personality questionnaires and ability tests (SHL)
Supporting recruitments with chosen tools (Workday, RecRight)
Communicating proactively with candidates, managers and HR colleagues
Taking part in other talent attraction activities
Requirements:
Experience in recruiting in Poland and possibly in other European countries
Knowledge of different online channels for sourcing and recruitment
