Recruiting Administrator

Job Description:
The role of a Recruiting Administrator includes: administrating the recruitment process, updating and maintaining relevant candidate data bases, and coordinating campus and student events.
The Recruiting Administrator will be expected to perform the following tasks, in addition to other recruitment related activities that may come up from time to time:
- Administration of recruitment process
- arrange written tests for shortlisted candidates
- organize candidate interview rounds (includes identifying interviewer panel, arranging logistics like candidate travel and room/VC reservations, coordinating candidate dossiers and supporting the decision/calibration meeting)
- Maintenance of relevant candidate data bases
- support management of relevant department data and systems. E.g., candidate tracking database
- respond to ad hoc requests for data analysis, data maintenance, event support, etc
- support CV screening process
- Coordination of campus and student events
- work with office leadership to organize and coordinate campus and in-office student events
- maintain updated student files to ensure regular contact with relevant students,
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a well-regarded University, preferably in the Human Resources field
- 2-3 years administrative experience, preferably in recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and deal with ambiguity
- Strong attention to detail
- Good people skills with the ability to work well in teams
