For our Client, one of bigger international organization in Poznan, we are looking for Recruitment Consultant with German.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire candidates for internships in Germany;
- First selection of candidate's applications;
- Providing feedback to all candidates;
- Performing interviews with candidates;
- Finding new sources of getting applications;
- Keeping contact with Universities and Colleges.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR processes - preferred recruitment;
- Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1);
- Fluent in German (at least C1) - the work is for German market where you will have daily contact with the language;
- Open minded and communicative;
- Good knowledge of Ms Office package;
- Well organized and flexible;
- Easily working in time pressure.
