We are currently looking for an individual to join the Hays Talent Solutions Team in Warsaw on the position of:

Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are looking for a successful individual who will be responsible for high-volume recruitment for a prestigious financial start-up project.

Your role will be maintaining the whole end to end recruitment process, starting from sourcing and contacting the right candidates through utilization of various recruitment tools, conducting phone and face to face interviews, up to managing the offer process and relationships with clients. You will be responsible for recruitment processes within the SSC/BPO sector, focusing on financial roles, but also positions in customer service, HR and procurement.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and pro-active person, who wants to actively build their own professional brand through participation in various market events, job fairs and by building relationships with clients. Fluency in Polish and English is essential due to the international work environment, foreign clients and candidates. At least one year of experience in the recruitment field is required: self-reliance in daily work is vital. Knowledge of SSC/BPO market or another European language will be an asset.
