Job Description
As the successful Recruitment Consultant you will work in a recruitment company whefor biuro@moltton.com.re success is rewarded. You will also have the opportunity to work with an experienced management team who are the most successfully on the market.
You will:
Manage a range of recruitment project from Specialist to Managerial position provide enhanced candidate services
Build relationships with candidates
Build date base of candidates
Develop recruitment strategies
Develop a robust recruitment methodology for our clients current and future business needs
The Successful Applicant
You will have a background either as an recruitment consultant and looking for a career change or as a sales professional from any discipline looking for a fresh challenge. In addition you will be an energetic, passionate and tenacious individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also possess strong negotiation and time management skills and have the ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates.
