On behalf of our client, an international law company with global reach, we are looking for the Recruitment Coordinator to join a Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of recruitment processes, and everyday support to the recruitment team as the main point of contact for all recruitment-related matters. The Coordinator will also maintain cooperation with managers concerning recruitment strategy, the implementation of new solutions or extended services, and the review of recruitment systems and activities, etc.

The candidate for this position should have recruitment process expertise and at least 5 years of experience gained on a managerial position – background in a Shared Services Centre would be an asset. Fluent English and solid relationship management skills, excellent people and process management skills are a must on this position. We seek candidates with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem solving and people focused approach.
