Responsibilites
Candidates pipeline tracking and control:
Candidates pipeline tracking using internal IT system
Reports:
Creating Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports regarding active / former candidates, candidates pipeline utilization, vacancies status changes, monthly forecast execution etc
Preparing analytical data for Presentations (in Excel, PowerPoint formats)
Others:
Informing all involved parts (Recruiters and Internal Clients) about changes related to vacancies
Organizing recruitment events, if needed
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role (Personal/Office Assistants, Database Administrator, Data Analyst and similar)
Advanced MS Excel and MS Power Point user
Strong analytical skills with attention to details
Fluent English
IT market knowledge is a plus
Experience in Recruitment or HR is a plus
Fluent English
