Duties:
creation of job offers, using social network tools and database,
contact with candidates in a foreign language (Slovak/Czech/Hungarian) and conducting an initial screening,
participation in international projects,
verification of candidate’s skills and competencies based on interviews,
implementation of the scheduled budget plans.
Requirements:
several years of experience in a recruitment area (personal consulting, temporary work offices, SSC/BPO),
knowledge of one of the Slovak/Czech/Hungarian,
advanced English,
higher education degree would be an asset,
a high level of self-motivation to achieve goals.
