Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:
- Recruiting and selecting candidates to meet the organization’s business needs, using external and internal (referral) sources, which includes:
- Preselecting CVs
- Updating internal data bases
- Phone screening candidates to ensure a proper quality of candidates
- Maintaining external contacts in order to provide the required number of proper candidates:
- Liaising with job agencies
- Cooperating with universities and schools
- Cooperating with job portals, websites and newspapers with regard to new advertisements
- Preparing various recruitment reports
- Participating in creation of positive image of the company on the job market
Candidate's profile:
- Min. 12 months of experience on a similar position
- Proven track record in providing recruitment processes for a range of positions
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong motivation for development in recruitment area
- Educational background related to HR would be an asset
