Responsibilities
Searching for the candidates using the direct search method
Screening CVs, proceeding with HR interview with chosen candidates
Scheduling appointments between the candidates and managers
Managing E2E recruitment (strong cooperation with Hiring managers) for the assigned scope - internal recruitment
Entering and updating data in the recruitment systems
Administration of the personal data
Implementing new hiring tools
Taking part in job fairs
Covering not only for Poland scope, but also Europe openings
Creating reports
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
Good English skills
Previous experience in E2E Recruitment (1 - 2 years)
Willingness to take up recruitment on different countries in Europe
Knowledge of Avature/ Taleo would be a strong asset
Willingness to develop and improve the existing processes
