Twoje zadania:
prowadzenie projektów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska konsultantów z j. obcym,
kreowanie i realizacja komunikacji rekrutacyjnej na rynku, dobór źródeł pozyskiwania kandydatów, zamieszczanie ogłoszeń,
weryfikacja, selekcja kandydatów, przeprowadzanie wywiadów i spotkań rekrutacyjnych, ofertowanie kandydatów,
pozyskiwanie kandydatów metodą direct search,
współpraca z lokalnymi dostawcami i instytucjami w zakresie realizacji działań rekrutacyjnych,
ścisła współpraca z Działem Biznesu w zakresie rekrutacji na stanowiska konsultanckie.
Nasze oczekiwania:
znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie C1 w mowie i piśmie,
mile widziana znajomość j. niemieckiego lub innego j. obcego,
wykształcenia wyższe lub w trakcie studiów,
doświadczenia w pracy na podobnych lub pokrewnych stanowiskach w Dziale HR min 2 lata,
wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne, komunikatywność, otwartość,
samodzielność, doskonała organizacja pracy, dynamika w działaniu, kreatywne myślenie,
silna orientacja na cel.
