Recruitment Specialist
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
Managing recruitment projects in IT area
Using all available sources to attract candidates (including Direct Search)
Exploring new sourcing channels
Building positive relations and providing assistance to operations managers
Support in employer branding activities – participation in university events/job fairs
Requirements:
Minimum two years of experience in managing IT recruitment projects
Extended knowledge of IT area
Fluent English
Experience in recruitment agency specializing in IT profiles would be an advantage
Strong Microsoft office skills, particularly use of Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
High communication skills
Stress resistance
