Regional Financial Controller - Business Partner (Eastern Europe)

Job description
- Full management responsibility for the finance/logistics team in Eastern Europe
- Management of the overall accounting functions
- Management of the entire budgeting process by supporting managers
- Ensuring that all required federal, state and local financial reports are filed
- Control and overview of all legal agreements with external partners in Eastern Europe
- Support the expansion within the region i.e. hiring people and open up local offices
- Understanding the market and the company customers in order to work as a business partner to the
- organization
Regional Business Controller will be a part of Eastern Europe Management team and play important role in the development of the entire region.
Requirements
- Strong financial background (B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance)
- Strong managerial skills
- Experience in business and financial management
- People management skills
- Business and commercially minded person
- Results-oriented and able to drive the team to meet business objectives
- Energetic, balanced and analytical
- Readiness for frequent travelling within EE region
- Fluent English
