Regular/Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilites
Key tasks include:
- Working with a broad range of users and stakeholders to understand business objectives.
- Capturing detailed requirements based upon user interviews and system/data analysis. High-level requirements management (product roadmap, strategy, vision, ideas)
- Identifying potential solutions; evaluating for technical and business suitability.
- Working with user experience teams to develop effective information and visual designs.
- Working closely with both IT development teams and business teams in an agile environment to ensure successful delivery and efficient use of resources.
- Working with QA teams to ensure effective and appropriate testing; participating in user acceptance testing.
- Continue to drive products through release, deployment, adoption and feedback to maximize business value.
- Working with data models (multidimensional / logical) and business domain modeling with MicroStrategy developers.
- Maintain communication between business stakeholders and the team
- Building good client relationship
- Providing business knowledge/context to the team by assisting, consulting, training etc.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the following areas:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- A proven track record of successful project delivery through close collaboration with both Business and IT.
- A minimum of 3 years in a business analysis role with experience of various tools and techniques.
- A strong working knowledge of enterprise application development technology.
- Understanding of international investment banking domain.
Key skills and experience:
- A creative problem solver with the ability to identify process improvement and a logical, systematic approach to drive through implementation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to meet deadlines in a challenging environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- SQL skills for data exploration and data understanding is a plus.
- Mathematical background is a strong plus.
- Managerial experience is a plus.
