Poszukujemy współpracownika/współpracowników:
Rekruter ds. Zatrudnienia Opiekunów Osób Starszych
Zakres obowiązków:
  • Aktywne poszukiwanie osób chętnych do pracy jako opiekun/opiekunka osoby starszej w Niemczech.
Wymagania:
  • Skuteczność w działaniach rekrutacyjnych;
  • Znajomość oferty i zdolność rzetelnego jej prezentowania;
  • Możliwość podjęcia współpracy na zasadzie działalności gospodarczej lub umowy zlecenie.
Oferujemy:
  • Elastyczne formy współpracy: umowa zlecenie lub kontrakt B2B;
  • Wynagrodzenie zależne od efektów: 8,00 PLN + VAT lub 8,00 PLN brutto za każdy dzień pracy poleconego opiekuna;
  • Wynagrodzenie wypłacane przez cały okres współpracy zalecanej opiekunki;
  • Dostęp do materiałów informacyjnych i wsparcie w skutecznym informowaniu o ofercie.
