OPIS STANOWISKA:
pozyskiwanie kandydatów do pracy,
organizowanie akcji promocyjnych na terenie miast: Wałbrzych, Świdnica, Dzierżoniów i okolic,
organizacja spotkań rekrutacyjnych we wskazanych lokalizacjach przez przełożonego,
pomoc przy rekrutacji pracowników tymczasowych,
tworzenie bazy danych kandydatów na poszczególne stanowiska.
WYMAGANIA:
wykształcenie wyższe lub w trakcie studiów,
doświadczenie w prowadzeniu rekrutacji i selekcji,
doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku,
dobra znajomość komputera (MS Windows, MS Office) oraz urządzeń biurowych,
bardzo dobra komunikatywność i wysoka kultura osobista,
łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów,
prawo jazdy kat. B (z praktyką).
