Zakres Twoich obowiązków to:
ciągła rekrutacja na przydzielone projekty osobista, telefoniczna, redagowanie ogłoszeń;
przeprowadzanie rozmów i kompletacja zgodnie z wytycznymi firmy;
przygotowywanie, zarządzanie niezbędnymi dokumentami kadrowo-płacowymi jak i legalizacyjnymi;
opieka wraz z koordynatorem/kierownikiem projektu nad pracownikami;
poszukiwanie dostawców usług np. noclegów, wypożyczalni samochodów itp.
Wymagania:
doświadczenia w rekrutacji,
znajomości branży technicznej np. znajomość rysunku technicznego, obsługi elektronarzędzi, pojęcia o metodach spawania itp,
bardzo dobrej organizacji swojego czasu pracy,
znajomości języka rosyjskiego czy ukraińskiego,
najlepiej bazy potencjalnych pracowników :),
wysoka odporność na stres.
