Zakres obowiązków:
Samodzielne prowadzenie kompleksowych procesów rekrutacyjnych end-to-end
Aktywne pozyskiwanie kandydatów

Ścisła współpraca z Zarządem i managerami działów

Nasze oczekiwania:
Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu rekrutacji
Umiejętność prowadzenia kilku projektów jednocześnie w dynamicznym środowisku
Bardzo dobra znajomość narzędzi rekrutacyjnych
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne
