Reporting Specialist - HR data

For Our Client, a global leader in banking services, we are currently recruiting for a position of HR Reporting Specialist to join the company’s branch in Cracow.

Working on this position, you will deliver both regular and ad-hoc HR data reports according to agreed calendar and current requirements. Preparing either simple or more complex reports, you will also provide commentary and insight, along with more detailed analysis and interpretation. The role is a part of HR Reporting and Analysis team, which ensures adherence of HR data of global data management policies and supports delivery of annual cycles to aligned Business Divisions. Your duties will also include identifying opportunities for process simplification and standardization, responding to various queries, supporting system testing activities.

To be successful on this position, you need to have relevant experience (2-3 years) in Reporting and Analytics role and very good understanding of Human Resources value chain. Bachelor or Master degree in a quantitative discipline will be an asset. Excellent knowledge of Reporting and Analytical Tools (including Microsoft Excel and Business Objects) is required, as well as advanced level of English language. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which will enable him to build effective professional relationships at all levels. You should also be a well-organized and self-motivated person.
