You will be responsible for active resource demands search by networking with Sales and Accounts representatives. The role is focused on collecting valuable information on resources needs for delivering projects to our Clients.
Your main duties will be:
- Working with Regional Resource Managers to support regular meetings with Sales
- Building network with sales and accounts representatives
- Bring better visibility of incoming projects (potential and firm ones) and resources demands
- Work with administration teams for data input to R2D2 tools and support quality of information regarding deals pipeline
As a Resources Demand Coordinator you will be part of the Resource Management in Project and Consulting (P&C) part of our Organization. It is a global team providing supporting business services to various countries within P&C. The role is aiming to improve visibility of potential and firm deals coming from all regions. It is also key to bring visibility of roles that PnC needs to prepare to staff. The role is directly supporting Regional Resource Managers.
Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written skills in English
- Any additional language (even only spoken/basic) – nice to have
- Good understanding of IT skills/general knowledge
- Proactive attitude to work (ability to find gaps and offer/implement improvements)
- Ability to work with senior resources and managers in Capgemini as global organization (various countries and Business Units)
