Job Description:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be typically Monday to Friday, for some periods during the year
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of overall experience within industry or consulting (preferred) with an international exposure
- Consulting and/or project delivery experience will be strong asset
- Should have worked in the Retail industry or done extensive consulting with Retail Clients (preferably with large international Retail companies)
- Implementation experience (full life cycle) on at least 1 of the following package solutions:

IBM WebSphere Commerce
- Sterling DOM (Distributed Order Management)
- Hybris
- ATG Commerce
-
- Functionally well-versed with one of above packages and broad knowledge of other packages in the industry
- Business Process Reengineering and Functional Design for at least 3 of following functions:
- Order Capture
- Catalog Management
- Order Fulfilment
- Inventory Management
- Content Management
- e-Marketing
- Customer Service
- Experience on at least 2 of the following channels:
- Web commerce
- Stores
- Catalog
- Mobile Commerc
- Consulting and project delivery experience - preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
- Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
