For our Client - internationally recognized company that establishes a new Finance Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of RTR Accountant.

As a RTR Accountant you will be responsible for conduct complex period and reporting in conjunction with the BPO including balance sheet and income statement analysis as well as control, accounting and reporting for fixed assets including fleet in conjunction with the BPO. What is more, your scope of duties will also include: supporting internal and external audit process as required, searching for process improvement opportunities, monitoring process and performance and making recommendations for change and making changes to standard operating procedures as needed.

The ideal candidate is holding a few years of experience in accounting environment, preferably in GL or RtR area. What is more, you should have also experience working in financial process transition situations. Knowledge of SAP or Oracle will be essential. Due to international work environment, the candidate should know English fluently. Spanish language will be an strong asset. A strong customer focus, problem solving skills and understanding of the end to end record to report strategies are essential to be successful on this position.
