  • 5-7 years of experience in sales within chain retail setting
  • High Team management skills
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Built own customer base within chain retail setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel at least 40% of the time to customer events
  • Target oriented, self disciplined, proactive


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas
  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Analyse and identify sector and market trends
  • Close cooperation with company’s stakeholders (production, supply chain, logistics)
