In order to boost their competitive advantage in delivering financial services to their corporate customers - we are seeking dynamic, ambitious and business-driven candidates to undertake the role of Sales Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager with experience in managing sales teams to take responsibility over the entire sales structure in a renowned B2B financial services organization.
- Manage sales in the corporate segments
- Maximize cross-sell opportunities within the Group
- Work closely with the product development team
- Liaise with other departments (account management, risk, etc) in the company and in the Group
- Lead and inspire the team under his/her control, managing, coaching and developing team members as appropriate in order to achieve business objectives
- Take active part in management relations with strategic clients
- Educated up to university degree level (economics, banking, etc)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sales forces in an international financial institution
- Very strong leadership and managerial skills
- Success track record in B2B sales
- Ability to motivate team to go beyond set targets
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Good command of English
- Sound understanding of the legal aspects of financial transactions
- Open-minded
