Region Poland
Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team to leverage business relations in the B2B market and ensure expected sales growth.
Place of work:
Poland – travelling across the country
Office based in Slaskie Voivodeship
Key responsibilities:
- Realization of sales and profit targets on the national level (incl. B2B, stock sales, laser cutting)
- Sales Team management including performance, development and motivation agenda
- Developing the sales forecasts for the country, based on the local knowledge and HQ assumptions
- Preparing and executing the sales strategy through portfolio of existing and new customers
- Building-up relations with the key customers
- Business negotiations
- Sales and market analysis. Adjusting the tactics in order to leverage the company profitability
- Preparing sales and margin analysis and regular reports
- Provide accurate feedback to management about marketplace, its potential and competitors’ activities
- Close cooperation with the international teams
- Representing the company in the local business environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position in metal or related industry
- Solid experience in sales team management
- Ability to organize and implement effective sales processes
- High competency in efficient customer relationships’ development
- Practical knowledge of budgeting, P&L principles
- Determination in sales targets delivery
- Proactivity and creative approach in the business tasks
- Positive, convincing and inspiring personality, “can-do” approach
- Very good communication skills
- Analytical approach and looking for high margin solutions
- Self-driven personality
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Driving license category B
