Capgemini is a global consulting, technology and outsourcing company, operating in over 40 countries with 115 000 employees. We are currently looking for a Sales Positioning Manager to work on large outsourcing bids, in the Nordics in particular.
Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:
- Project manage and execute a customized bid marketing strategy for bids in the Nordic Region, using the existing Strategic Deal Marketing approach and processes
- Work with the sales & marketing and bid & marketing teams to deliver high quality, innovative, one-to-one branding solutions to best position Capgemini to individual clients during the bid cycle in Sweden and Norway
- Project manage and quality control local creative support (in-house/agency/freelance)
- Personally deliver baseline elements, such as:
- good digital photography of assets
- creative presentations in MS PowerPoint, Keynote, other tools
- basic artwork for client and internal brochure-ware
- upload of content into online-client facing portals
- update of content management systems
- Co-ordinate work done by suppliers, from brief to production to invoicing and payment to build up a network of cost-effective local vendors
- Travel to and working from various cities in the Nordics region, on a monthly basis
The Sales Positioning Manager will work in a global team with the industry's sharpest and most experienced consultants and lead sales teams before clients, all in a dynamic environment where cooperation is the focus. The individual will work closely with our clients, who are market leaders in their respective fields and help them create tomorrow's business successes.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish would be considered a strong asset but not essential
- Experience from sales support, account management or bid management in a professional services/outsourcing environment, coupled with professional experience in marketing communications, amassed in an international setting
- Experience in working with agencies and/or working in an IT services or B2B product environment
- Experience in digital marketing and web development implementation
- Documented hands-on experience developing creative strategies
- Highly detailed project management and multi-tasking skills
- A good negotiator with the ability to manage third party vendors
- A very high standard of quality control, i.e. ability to assess a high quality of design work and to ensure that content is written to the highest standard (and potentially multi-lingual)
- Understanding of print production
