World's leading consumer health and hygiene company. Key responsibilities: • Refreshing standard reports using and aggregating data from different sources (including Nielsen market data, Customer data, internal data and mixed) • Securing constant reporting of In Market execution based on Asseco Connector and Mobile Touch data • Responding to business needs by: • making new reports / analytical tools, • changing existing reports, • preparing ad hoc analysis, • ordering new analysis / researches • Being main contact with market research agencies(especially Nielsen and Sesta/Focus) • Coordinating cooperation and research / analytical projects with external agencies. • Managing existing sources of market knowledge/market data. • Managing tools for Sales Department: price list, listing per account. • Managing a team of 1-2 direct reports Requirements: • Overall knowledge about FMCG market. • Understanding of main financial KPIs and their role in business process. • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work on large data sets and use / combine multiple data sources. • Advanced MS Excel • Basic knowledge of VBA • Practical knowledge of relational databases (MS Access, SQL). • Advanced Nielsen Answers and Tesco Dunhumby. • Experience with BI tools, like Power BI and Oracle BI (OBIEE) will be an advantage • Problem solving and proactive approach • Ability to work under pressure • Orientation on results, entrepreneurship and self-motivation Our offer: • Unique opportunity to develop professional career in highly dynamic and cross-functional environment • Independent position with wide scope of responsibilities and direct impact on company strategies • Permanent contract with wide compensation package
