The Role: As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the business users around how to use the Salesforce. Your responsibilities include creating some functional specifications, testing and writing test scripts/plans, executing test scripts and tracking defects.You are required to configure, set up and some administration of Salesforce moduls and custom solutions.

Key skills & requirements for this position:

• 3 - 5 years of professional services or IT consulting experience
• 3 years of Salesforce configuration and requirements gathering experience
• Sales and Service Cloud application experience
• Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies
• Client facing and team management experience
• Outstanding writing, presentation, communication and organization skills
• Very good written and spoken English
