I am looking for an ambitious Salesforce DevOps Engineer/Manager to undertake a new challenge for a client of mine who are a massive global consumer goods company in the heart of Warsaw.
In this role you will be leading the development for CRM type applications including all SDLC aspects (Testing, Automation, Release Management and Operations) to meet business requirements with focus on speed, quality & business value.
You will be leading a newly formed team purposely built to strengthen the Salesforce business area where you can grow and develop parallel to the teams expected expansion.
This is a very good opportunity for an individual however no opportunity comes without expectations, I would be looking for somebody with experience in the following:
Essential:
- Experience in application management and Salesforce development
- Proven experience implementing CI/CD at enterprise scale.
- Knowledge of IT tools (Jira, Jenkins, GitLab/ GitHub)
- Experience managing teams dispersed across the global
- Release management and vendor management
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum, ideally within the Computer Science or Information Technology space.
- Fluent in English to work in a multination environment.
Desirable (none-mandatory):
- Salesforce certification are a plus.
