SAP BW Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Engage in dialogue with the Agile team to understand goals, discuss technical and solution design options, and create end-to-end solutions
- Be a BW SPOC for the project team from the technical side and associating them with the product team
- Create technical results in SAP BW by responding to business plans
- Collaborating with the product owner, scrum master, and other interdisciplinary stakeholders to guide, co-define, evaluate and prioritize development tasks
Requirements:
- Experience with:
o SAP BW (v. 7.5), SAP native HANA, both from a front-end and back-end perspective
o dealing with HR info types and Business Warehouse particulars relating to HR - Familiarity with ABAP routines for BW and extractor enhancements
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
- Good Polish and English skills (written and spoken)
It would be a plus if the Candidate had:
- Building simple Power BI reports skills
