For our Client, dynamic global IT company, we are looking for:
SAP BW Support Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes in the SAP BW area to fully understand the clients requirements
- Consider integration as well as change management implications
- Provide SAP BW problem diagnosis including ABAP program code analysis, solve incidents, problems and change requests raised by the client
- Advise on BW, BEx (Business Explorer) and ABAP related topics in a complex Data Warehouse landscape
- Design and implement state-of-the-art client specific solutions in SAP BW and ABAP
- Covering business as well as technical aspects: process design, configurations, program code reviews, customizing, testing
- Support the client in terms of user service
- Elaborate documentations and training documents
- Execute system tests
Requirements:
- Higher education degree - IT, Business Administration or equivalent
- Solid understanding of the SAP BW solution including BEx reporting
- Ability to analyse ABAP and ABAP-OO program codes including debugging
- Solid experience in an international consulting company or in an end-user Application Management Service organization with hands-on SAP BW
- Experience in reporting business context of the functional areas of Finance or Insurances
- Proven ability to deliver to tight timescales, success in team working and good communication skills
- Good command of English language and at least intermediate knowledge of German
- Willingness to travel, particularly in Europe during the Transition phase
