On behalf of our key Client, an international well-known Company, due to the intensive growth of CRM team we are currently looking to recruit SAP CRM Consultant.
The SAP CRM Consultant will join the team located in Warsaw office and will be responsible for supporting global CRM solution and will liaise with people from different countries.

Responsibilities and tasks
 Supports applications within the global CRM solution
 Consults internal partners in their operational business
 Ensures continuous monitoring of internal customer issues until they are solved
 Investigates issues and provides solutions (proactive problem management)
 Takes responsibility for quality of support delivered to business customers
 Supports general process and tools
 Interacts with internal partners (local in the countries or corporate headquarter) via ticket systems, phone, e-mail and remote sessions
 Works closely with all support levels and external/internal development teams
 Creates documentation (e.g. user documentation, wiki)
 Prepares analytics reports
 Tests new product releases/patches and provides feedback to development
 Monitors and reports fulfillment of SLAs for support of given IT solutions
 Monitors quality of delivered support and applies continuous improvements in support process

Requirements
 Experience with CRM tools (preferred SAP CRM 7.0)
 2-4 years of experience in running operational B2C CRM
 Understanding of system interrelations
 Good knowledge of IT technologies and developments
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
 Excellent problem solving skills with high reliability
 Ability to multi-task, effectively schedule, work under pressure
 Experience with IT support processes (preferably ITIL-based)
 IT, business or economics related degree
 Solution and customer approach
 Knowledge of MS Office tools
 Technical background in SAP solutions
 Knowledge of ABAP and SAP customizing would be an advantage
 Knowledge of German would be an advantage
