Job Description
- Take care of FI / CO projects (SAP upgrades, Company Code migration, FI Closing periods etc.)
- Able to understand quickly the Client Business Models
- Able to adapt FI according to SD & MM requirements
- Support technically and share SAP knowledge with IT project Managers based in Switzerland in order to increase the Inhouse SAP competences
- Support Users in the daily business and issues
- Organizes the coordination with the teams based in Switzerland with videoconferences, physical trips and adapted reporting
- Propose improvements for the business and the SAP users
- Organizes the local support to the users based in Switzerland and other Offices on SAP FI modules
- Reports to the SAP Project Managers located in Switzerland for this activity
- Documents progressively all the processes and formalizes knowledge
- Makes sure everything is tracked in the ITSM solution based on ITIL best practices
- Manage and make sure the incidents open by the SAP users on ServiceNow platform are treated in time
- Makes sure that the ITSM solution (ServiceNow) is filled with the expected level of informations (incident, problem, change management, knowledge management)
- University degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of IT management based on knowledge of the different roles of an IT organization (project management, delivery, support),
- Strong knowledge and experience on the SAP modules : FI, CO (Customizing, Queries, G/L accounts, Cost Centers, Assets management etc.)
- Knowledge on agency business is mandatory
- ITIL knowledge are highly appreciated
- Should be flexible and work in parallel on many projects
- English (written and spoken) is required
