SAP HR/ HCM Support Specialist

Requirements:
- Basic configuration, end user knowledge and experience of SAP HR/HCM
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors PMG, LMS and Succession Planning and Concur Travel or Expenses modules will be an asset
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills – ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
- Good English language skills
- Are self-motivated to work on own initiative
- Business awareness and autonomy
- Good communications skills
- Positive outlook
Responsibilities:
You will be a part of a newly established SAP team in Krakow, where you will have opportunity of work with new technologies.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting SAP HR/HCM processes throughout the company (cooperating with UK Team)
- Working closely with project teams ( contact with Team Leaders, Project Managers) ensuring standarization and customization across EMEA region
- Configuration and integration of SAP HR/HCM, SuccessFactors and Concur modules
- Resolving end user incidents relating to SAP HR/HCM in a timely manner (2 nd and 3rd line support)
- Identify, propose and support the implementation of improvements
- Delivering reports, updating procedures or instructors and any other documentation impacted by system changes
