- Very good knowledge of AR processes and experience in AR service delivery
- Very good level of English
- Knowledge of SAP and AR related systems/tools
- Experience in writing process maps and procedures will be beneficial
- Certain flexibility as to travels, type of work (project based)
- Ability to work under time pressure and following the deadlines
- Strong Analytical skills including identifying, forecasting and resolving problems
- Support implementation of new ERP system
- Support AR GPO in ongoing AR process changes & implementations
- Standardization, documentation, process improvements and implementation of internal controls in AR processes across CG delivery centers globally
- Training of Delivery Teams on new ERP model and country exceptions
- Testing and implementation of IT Initiatives
- Support to Delivery Teams during Ramp-up and Stabilization
- Promote Continuous Improvement culture - strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes across all countries towards quality / productivity improvements
