Job Description
- Process approved transports from the queue
- Lead and facilitate transport meetings if needed
- Address end user questions, trouble-shoot end user issues, perform necessary user administration tasks, and manage miscellaneous tasks relating to the overall health of the Transport tools
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Quickly learn and apply SAP terminology, processes, and tools
- College or University bachelor degree
- Preferred professional experience is in the IT field, with strongest preference for direct experience in IT – SAP Control Panel
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
- General SAP Familiarity
- Familiarity with SAP Transport Process
- Experience with SAP ChARM
- General understanding of Unix Based Operating Systems or file structures (helpful)
- Experience with Excel, MS Project (helpful)
- Must be fluent in English written and spoken
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to accept constructive feedback on deliverables and make adjustments
