Main tasks:
  • providing technical and business process support for particular SAP SD module,
  • collaboration in the definition of new  and/or extended processes and their implementation within the system,
  • provides 2nd level support to the key users worldwide as well as support in the evaluation of planning and costs of the requirements,
  • collaboration with internal and external partners to identify and resolve business issues and drive innovative solutions,
  • participation in international SAP development projects,
  • perform configuration in assigned module troubleshooting independently,
  • responsible for translation of business requirements into system and process solution through definition of the technical design, customizing, interfaces, development specifications.

 

Requirements:
  • strong IT knowledge about all SD functions (customizing/user-exits/BADIs/BAPIs) like SD Master Data, Order Management, Delivery process, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Export control,
  • strong knowledge about forms (smartforms), Adobe very welcome,
  • good ABAP knowledge (to specify and debug solutions/issues),
  • familiar with Direct Sourcing process and IC billing,
  • good knowledge about WM from SD perspective,
  • good knowledge about TM from SD perspective,
  • CRM knowledge very welcome but not mandatory,
  • EDI/IDOC knowledge welcome but not mandatory,
  • very good English speaking,
  • good in communication,
  • Project Management skills very welcome,
  • experience in projects and daily support.
