For our client, aworldwide company with stable position on the market, due the new project inWroclaw, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:
SAP Support IT Specialist
Miejsce pracy: dolnośląskie/ Wrocław

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Reviews and analysis in various SAP modules
- Provide functional knowledge for the SAP applications
- Manage the resolution of Line 2 incidents
- Develop improvement opportunities to drive support process and operational effectiveness
- Facilitate interactions and escalations with proper units
- Ensure procedures, operation instructions and any other documentation impacted by system changes are kept up to date
- Evaluate enhancement requirements and turn them into solutions following governance protocols
- Meet or exceed established SAP Support Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Cooperation with other unit's programmers to implement acontinuous improvement plan
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Computer Science or similar
- Fluentknowledge of English
- At least 2 years of experience working with SAP
- Working knowledge of SAP support or implementationwill be an asset
- Strongly preferred knowledge of the following SAPmodules: MTO (OPS, CRM), OTC (SD), ICO (MM,SD), FTS (PP, APO), MTD (PP), LEX(GTS, EWM), RTR (FI, C), STP (MM)
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Multi-Tasking and problem solving capabilities
- Senseof urgency to complete assigned tasks on time and accurately
- Good organization and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a Culture of Compliance
