SAP Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Administers and supervises SAP configuration in order to maintain consistency and effectiveness of operations; ensures continuity of the system operations
- Manages IT documentation related to SAP system and related operations
- Monitors users" needs and requirements related to SAP in order to ensure both efficiency and continuity of its functioning as well as matching business needs
- Participates in assigned projects and ensures proper quality of delivered solutions
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of reporting requirements (HR, declarations)
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. personal data)
- Experience with HR functions and processes (H2R)
- Experience with new information technology (including new trends in SAP)
- Experience with ITIL methods
- Basic knowledge of remote diagnostics, MS SQL Server (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS), relational database
- Basic experience with Process management methods, programming of databases and database applications
- Experience with Information Technology (hardware, software)
- Basic experience with Operating systems WINDOWS (server and desktop)
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Advanced knowledge of programming language ABAP and BASIC
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MS Word and MS Powerpoint
- Very good SAP HR MOdule knowledge
- Good english skills
