For our client, aworldwide company with stable position on the market, due the new project inWroclaw, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:
SAP Support Team Manager
Miejsce pracy: dolnośląskie/ Wrocław
Nr Ref.: SSTM/WRC-11/MP
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Supervise SAP Support Analyst team
- Guarantee resolving break/fix or enhancement requests
- Manage the resolution of Line 2 incidents
- Provide functional knowledge for the SAP applications
- Develop improvement opportunities to drive support process and operationaleffectiveness
- Facilitate interactions and escalations withappropriate units
- Ensureprocedures, operation instructions and any other documentation impacted by systemchanges are kept up to date
- Evaluate enhancement requirements and turn them into solutions following governanceprotocols
- Meetor exceed established SAP Support Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Manage and maintain relationships with the client
- Ensure team members' professional development
- Implement continuous improvement program for the team members
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Computer Science or similar
- Fluentknowledge of English
- 3-5 years of experience working with SAP
- Working knowledge of SAP supporting or implementationwill be an asset
- Strongly preferred knowledge of following SAP modules:MTO, OTC, ICO, FTS, MTD, LEX, RTR, STP
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Multi-Tasking and problem solving capabilities
- Senseof urgency to complete assigned tasks on time and accurately
- Good organization and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a Culture of Compliance
