SAP Transport Management Project Consultant

A highly qualified SAP Project Consultant required for a multinational company based in Poznan. In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside developers and IT professionals in transport Management.
For this role you will need to be having significant experience working with SAP and with teams. On a day to day basis you will be:
- Creating adjustable solutions enabling business plans and aligning with templates,
- Working closely with Solution Architect creating global designs using various SAP modules and other systems,
- Performing configurations of SAP LES module and other modules
- Integrating SAP with solutions like LEO or TRANSPOREON
- Facilitating change management
- Solving everyday business issues
- Cooperating with other IT engineers and architects on implementing systems’ in overseas branches
- Managing projects within area of expertise.
- Making sure that systems meet Service Legal Agreement requirements
The role also requires willingness to travel (between %30-%50 of the time).
For this role you will need:
- Significant experience of working with SAP LES, MM, SD modules
- Fluent English (written, spoken)
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Experience working with multinational teams
- Experience in converting business needs into SAP solutions
- Proven track record of bringing process improvements
Desirably, you will also:
- Have experience working with shared services
- Have experience working with IT professionals from US, Asia and Europe
- Have material ledger knowledge
- Have worked on full lifecycle SAP application
- Be able to prioritise your workload based on business current need
- Be able to stick to deadlines and take responsibility for tasks

- Deal easily with change
