Migrate monitoring process from HP OpenView to new toolstack
Indepth knowledge of HP OV administration and configuration is a must, as you'll work on analysis/documentation of existing configuration of the tool (existing usecases)
Very good knowledge of Linux
Knowledge of other monitoring/metrics tools (like Check_MK, influxDB/Grafana/Capacitor/AppDynamics etc.) would be a major plus
Knowledge of alerting tools (like PagerDuty) would be a major plus
Luxoft is extending DevOps offerings in order to lead digital transformation initiatives, enable collaboration of global development teams, and address growing demand for data and source codes storage and accessibility.
DevOps Engineer will need to demonstrate strong hands-on technical background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and willing to collaborate with Luxoft's global customers' and peers' multi-functional teams in various geographies / timezones.
In this particular project you will help client to reach his goal - replace HP OV with more robust, preferably open source tools (commercial tools that are used is ok as well)
You should be collaborative, and work with the migration technical tasks.
