- Working on global e-commerce content projects with global Brand Managers
- Working on local e-commerce content projects for markets like Russia, CE, UK
- Approaching new markets with Agency Offering, together with the Group Account Manager
- Building and maintaining relationships with global and local Clients
- Securing agency revenue on projects assigned to you
- Managing budget, project teams, preparing cost estimations
- Upselling other agency products to your Clients (mainly related to e-commerce strategy)
- Working on e-content implementation to e-retailers (less prominent)
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience and/or experience in digital / e-commerce / e-merchandising/ merchandising / BTL / ATL is very welcome)
- Presentation skills and the ability to lead business conversations with Clients
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Good organizational skills (project management)
- Good communication skills (effective cooperation with other departments, building relationships with the E-retailers and the Client)
- Attention to detail
- Open mind – you’re eager to learn new things, not afraid to ask questions
- Focus on results and know the value of reliability
- Stress resilience and a knack for problem solving
- Knowledge of Russian
- Manage a portfolio of global clients.
- Grow the business on various markets
