Responsibilites
- Planning & forecasting & reporting
- Project accounting/ allocation of costs
- Business case administration support
- Analysis on workforce strategy KPIs
- Executive status summary and pack preparation
- To convert information from line managers into actual workforce strategy numbers and checking relevance of those numbers according to agreed strategy
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- To be able to influence people without being a manager for them
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience working in international companies (Big 4, banks, FMCG)
- Experience of reporting to senior management directly
- Experience working with enterprise level international financial tools
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint )
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Fluent English (both written and verbal)
