Senior AR Analyst with Norwegian

Scope of duties:
- Proactive managing of query e-mail boxes for incoming customer e-mails,
- New order entry to SAP system, handling return orders and provide changes to existing orders,
- Close cooperation with client's team in terms of clarification of complex cases in Norwegian and English language,
- Contacting customers (e-mail and phone contact) for query clarification in Norwegian language.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Fluent Norwegian (C1),
- Advanced English (min B2),
- At least 2 years of experience on a similar role,
- Very good command of Excel,
- SAP as an asset,
- Any other Nordic language as an asset.
