Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilites
- Stakeholders identification
- Business Requirement gathering process planning and executing (Understanding and analyzing of customer's business processes)
- Requirements Management
- Defining benchmark metrics and planning of evaluation
- Performing of analysis and preparation of suggested solutions
- Direct communication with customer (including face to face meetings)
- Conduct Knowledge Transfers about existing system to new team members
- Writing of high-level requirement documents (suggested solutions)
- Perform estimations of future system changes (estimate the efforts for the system changes)
- Validate applications (make sure that application satisfies to customer's needs)
- Analyst process tailoring
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis and requirements gathering processes
- Experience in UI/UX solution development
- Advanced Documentation Capability
- Strong written communication and verbal skills in English is required

We offer
Project is aimed to re-build and/or optimize logistic processes in big automotive company by implementing new Informational architecture for systems and refactoring of existing ones. First phase will include Expert evaluation and benchmarking of existing processes, User testing, Workflow validation and UX/UI development. Main goal of the project is to prepare effective solution for logistics in automotive business processes and prove it by comparing benchmark reports with results of existing processes.
