You will be responsible for the requirements engineering and specification of the target system features. In a close direct interaction with business you need to understand and improve business processes by adapting the system features and the corresponding interfaces. You need to be able to challenge the business requirements, discuss the available options and to highlight the technological risk and impacts of those options. As the project team is located on different international locations you are responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the project team (consisting of different vendors) in terms of requirements and you have to proactively drive the business and IT stakeholders. After the requirements have been implemented in a release you are in charge for the 3rd level support.
Corporate language for any documentation is English, understanding and communicating in German is an advantage.
Mandatory skills:
- Solid experience as Business Analyst in preferably financial industry
- Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working
- Professional documentation skills: generating of detailed software requirement specifications/product documentations (e.g. UML/ use case modeling .etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
- Readiness of mind and distinct willingness to learn
- High awareness of quality and deadlines
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and sovereignty even in hectic situation
- Ability to travel
- A very good command of English
Optional skills:
- Banking knowledge and financial products (like equities, bonds, structured products, )
- Knowledge on cross-border compliance, regulatory requirements
- Experience in building up successful teams across different locations
- IREB / IIBA certifications
- Basic level in German

The Research Interface is responsible for transferring data from and to the Client. The content distribution system within company's displays and distributes the research information to internal and external clients and applications.
