Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day, hands-on technical support of production and development databases
- Work as part of a technical project and support teams (L2, L3) delivering a quality service to multiple clients using a variety of hardware and software product in a follow-the-sun support model
- Resolve incidents affecting the operation/availability of high profile production systems
- At least 4 years proven experience on administration level with MySQL or Sybase ASE databases
- Good English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in Unix/Linux environment
- Experience in RHEL / Solaris shell scripting (bash, c-shell, tcs)
- Ability to work within a team and in co-operation with other teams and third parties
- Degree in technical subject
- Willingness to learn other database systems like SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase ASE will be an advantage
- DBA Certification will be an advantage
- Experience on similar position within multinational company will be an advantage
- Location: Warsaw or Łódź
